Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows affect our ability to serve other clients.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 100% of service price.

  • No-shows will be charged full price and may be required to prepay future appointments.

  • Repeated missed appointments may result in denial of future booking privileges.

If you’re running late, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened out of respect for the next client’s time.
